Ms. Sulaja Paudel, permanent resident of Jhapa, currently residing in New Baneswor, has been engaged in Jagaran Nepal since February 2015 as Admin and Finance Officer under the project "Strengthening Human Right Defenders and Civil Societies for the promotion of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights of Discriminated Groups in Nepal" funded by European Union and co-funded by Dan Church Aid.
She holds her Master's Degree in Business Administration with Finance specialization from Apex College. She has also received a certificate from an online learning course "Challenges of Global Poverty" from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) University, USA.
She has taken "Professional Capability Building Course (PCBC)" training at National Institute for Career Development, Media House, Kupondole. The training covered courses such as Human Rights, Women Rights, TOT, Disability and Development, HIV/AIDS, Fund Raising, Gender and many others.
Although her academic qualifications are from management background, she wants her career to revolve around social sector.
