Jagaran Nepal on ‘National Consultation on the Shadow Report to The 4th and 5th Periodic Report By the Government of Nepal on CEDAW’:29 December, 2009:
Jagaran Nepal along with its regional representatives took part actively in a two-day ‘National Consultation on the Shadow Report to The 4th and 5th Periodic Report By the Government of Nepal on CEDAW’. In National consultation, Jagaran Nepal presented CEDAW shadow report on Article 7: Women’s Participation in Political and Public Life & Article 8: Women’s International Representation. The consultation was organized to finalize the shadow report by incorporating the voices of all to each of the issue of CEDAW.
